John Stessel, the magician, certainly has amused a lot of humans, but recently, a different kind of audience was amused by his talents—a group of adoptable shelter dogs!
And what he got back as their reactions is priceless.
Stessel was working in partnership with Director Rob Bliss when he visited the Town of Hempstead Animal Shelter, New York. He put private shows for pups there who were looking forward to finding their families. This gave the adorable pups a chance to show their adorable personalities to potential adopters.
“I’ve always loved the idea of doing magic with dogs,” Stessel told The Dodo. “Performing for them was nothing short of incredible.”
