When Viktor Larkhill of Let’s Adopt International organization stumbled upon two dogs lying amongst the rubble in a crumbling building, he couldn’t believe the deplorable situation the two animals were plucked. His mission as an animal rights activist is to help abused, neglected dogs recover and become happy and healthy animals.
The two dogs he came across in the video below were mere bones, skin, and nearly lifeless, they were also covered in cuts, and they trembled as Viktor carefully approached them—but that was the moment their incredible recovery started.
“Oscar and Helen were nearly dead when they reached us. It was hard and very complex work, but we saved them.” Larkhill proudly proclaims on his Facebook page.

Oscar and Helen went from trembling, lifeless dogs into cheerful, happy dogs living with a kind family. “They were months of hard work and suffering… at one point Helen nearly died. But in the end… victory” Larkhill goes on to explain about the dog’s recovery.
