Emmett taught us never to jump on someone and let them stand on our shoulders because it’s bad for their hips, so it’s completely out of nature for him.
He almost seems in shock because he doesn’t cry, bark or even lick! Just hold on to Trevor and look him in the eye like he can’t believe he’s back. Dogs are great :)”
