The scene takes place in a gymnasium at Mercer Island High School (MIHS) in Mercer Island, Washington. At the start of the show, the drill crew crossed the floor in line with their hands behind their backs and their chins raised in the air.

So far it seemed like nothing was out of the ordinary – but everything was about to change!

Coming into an unusual formation, several girls stood in the middle of the room in a circle, with their backs to each other while facing the audience.

When the music started, the girls on the floor started lifting their bodies up and down like a wave, moving in perfect rhythm with each other.

These moves surprised everyone so much that the audience even started to shout cheers.

After that, the girls separated and all lay down in different places on the floor. Although they could not see each other, they moved in perfect synchronization with each other. When it seemed like it couldn’t get any better, it did!

The girls were repositioned in two lines and held by their arms, creating an emotional pattern that drove the audience crazy. Those who watched the video online were equally impressed, with one calling the choreographer a “legend”.

Another viewer said it felt like watching a masterpiece instead of just watching high school students.
