SeverDogs are special animals and they can sometimes do amazing stuff for us. They rarely sleep at night, which means that if something happens, they are more likely to hear it and sense it before you do. That is why they have been kept as security animals for a very long time. They warn you if they detect danger or whatever you have trained them to detect. They have also been known to be wonderful shepherds. Dogs are also known to care for people with epilepsy. There are not many such dogs but those that have been trained to do so, are very good at keeping the epileptic patients safe.

The family kept getting worried and sad every time they saw their son slowly failing to achieve a certain milestone when the time came to do it.
