Kelly Clarkson is a name that needs no introduction in the music industry. She has been entertaining us for over two decades now and has won numerous awards, including three Grammy Awards. However, she has had her fair share of struggles, both personal and professional. In recent years, Clarkson has been dealing with a divorce, thyroid issues, and societal pressures, all of which can take a toll on one’s mental and physical health.

In a recent podcast interview with Mayim Bialik for “Breakdown,” Clarkson opened up about her struggles with societal pressures and her desire to find new ways to feel better. During the interview, she showcased her more “comfortable” look, with pigtail braids and no makeup, explaining how she chose the look as a way to challenge herself.

Clarkson revealed that she had felt pressured to look a certain way in the past, especially as someone in Hollywood. She said that everybody would always try to micromanage everything and get her to be someone that she’s not. Being herself has been the hardest challenge for her, especially when it comes to her mental health.

As someone who has been in the public eye for 20 years, Clarkson has received her fair share of criticism. However, she revealed that her biggest turning point over the years was finally realizing that “you can’t please them all.” She acknowledged that she cannot control what people say about her, and the only thing she can control is how she responds to it.

Clarkson also stated that she has no plans to get any type of cosmetic procedure or plastic surgery and plans on aging naturally. She wants to embrace the wrinkles that come with age and hopes that people see that this is what it looks like when you get older.

In a world where we are constantly bombarded with images of perfection, it’s refreshing to see someone like Clarkson embrace her natural beauty and age gracefully. She is setting an example for young girls and women that it’s okay to be yourself and that true beauty comes from within.

Clarkson’s journey towards self-acceptance and self-love is a reminder that it’s important to take care of our mental and physical health. We should challenge ourselves to step out of our comfort zones and embrace our true selves. By doing so, we can find new ways to feel better and live a happier and healthier life.
