Talk about being in the right place at the right time! Charlie Head was on a rowboat in Hearn Bay off the coast of Kent in England when he was surprised to see a pup washed up on a rock hundreds of yards from shore and surrounded by the sea.

The tide was rising and the frightened dog was only minutes away from being dragged into the sea.

Charlie had a video camera on his plate and filmed his rescue!

Once Charlie places the dog safely on her board, she paddles ashore. The little dog was taken to a nearby oceanside bar and a local dog trainer contacted.

The dog’s name is Molly and she slipped from her collar and retreated before Charlie rescued her two days later. Fortunately, she found her family!
