Sally Cheng had a difficult childhood. At the age of 14, she was placed in a retirement home and found it difficult to settle down. However, Officer Ralph Torres was there as a teenager during his tough times.
Ralph has become a pillar of hope for the teenager. Cheng graduated from high school and college, but he never forgot Ralph. She later became a police officer with the NYPD, but that did not prevent Torres’ loss.
