Sometimes, animals find themselves in tricky situations. One feline found himself entangled by a soccer net. Nobody knows how he got himself in that situation.
Fortunately, someone spotted him and called the Nassau County Police. The cops arrived and had some serious work to do.
First, they had to cut all the net that had ensnared the poor animal. The rescue mission called for patience. Once in a while, the scared cat acted defensively. The officers had to cut the net with the risk the cat might scratch them or fight back.
The rescue operation took several minutes as onlookers watched from a distance. Moments later, the feline was free. He scurried away even without saying thank you to the police officers that saved his life.
We wish to appreciate the person that called the cops to free the cat. Animals deserve to be treated right too.
