Rita is a mom who has never changed her hair style. She was afraid to cut a part of the length and never color it. Even though her gray hair appeared, she didn’t want to make the change. We understand why – it’s not easy to take that first plunge into the unknown.
However, her daughters knew that something different would make their mother happy. They gave him a gift certificate to get a makeover from Christopher Hopkins, aka “The Makeover Guy.” He decided that the first thing he would do was change the color of his hair. Choose a subtle color rather than something drastic.
He’s also taken it some length while providing Rita with some helpful advice on keeping it stylish. He patiently answered all of her questions while working with her, showing how passionate he is when it comes to helping others feel confident about their appearance.
He also helped teach Rita how she should apply her makeup to get the best look. Show her how to choose the right color and the right way to apply makeup. Since Rita doesn’t leave the house often, getting into the makeup spirit was a welcome and fun change for her. She works from home and doesn’t have many reasons to get dressed.
After the renovation was complete, Rita came out with shorter hair and a stunning new colour. She seemed so happy with everything that had happened to her.
Her children were left speechless when they saw their mother’s dramatic transformation. Rita looked younger and happier for sure! It’s really inspiring to see someone get the beauty they need and deserve.
