Franci Neely, identified as the Houston Socialite, was captured on camera confronting a couple during their baby’s birthday photo session. Neely, along with several other residents in the community, expressed concern about the increasing frequency of photo shoots along the walking trail, citing potential damage to the neighborhood’s surroundings.
Despite the city of Houston confirming public access to the area, Neely, in a statement to ABC13, highlighted the efforts made by the Broadacres homeowners association to preserve the upkeep of the grass, trees, and walkways. She emphasized the impact of the excessive photography sessions on the local environment and the inconvenience posed to residents walking their dogs.
Neely acknowledged her outburst in the video and attributed it to her frustration upon witnessing three simultaneous photoshoots within close proximity, a common occurrence along the walkway. She noted that the other two groups were receptive when she addressed the issue with them. However, she admitted to losing her composure after the parents of the one-year-old made inflammatory remarks towards her.
Following the circulation of the video featuring Neely, an earlier incident from the previous spring resurfaced, depicting her confronting a father taking prom pictures of his daughter and her friends
