For most of us, becoming a father is a precious gift from God that we must love and care for. Yes, it can be difficult to manage, especially when you don’t have people around you who support and advise you.
Robin Swift traveled from her hometown of Cleveland, Ohio to pick up her newborn daughter in Ohio, Phoenix. He won custody of his only child and was happy to meet his newborn, Ru-Andria.
Robin was also happy to bring his daughter home for family and friends to meet.
But his plan didn’t work out the way he wanted. When he went to Sky Harbor International Airport with his infant daughter, he was suddenly stopped while checking in.
Although he has a note from the hospital that Ru-Andria can fly, the airline Frontier, the baby is refused.
It is Frontier Airlines policy that children under seven days old cannot fly. Ru Andrea was only four days old. Robin left the airport without accommodation for the next three days.
What are he and Rhoandrea going to do?
That’s when Joey Ringove mentioned it. Ringovers are volunteers at Banner University Medical Center, where Rowe Andrea was born. I met Swift when he came to pick up his new daughter.
“I was shaking her when her dad came over and we kind of got in touch right away,” Ringofer said.
When Rude left the airport, he decided to call Ringhofer for help. Her answer surprised him.
“I didn’t expect her to say, ‘I’m coming to take you home.’ So I’m thinking, ‘Are you going to take me back to Cleveland? ‘” Swift said, but she actually drove me home and [she] feeds me and makes sure my baby is okay.
