NBC Los Angeles reported that Nessman, having just concluded an interview at a restaurant, found himself on the nearby patio of a carwash where the dramatic event unfolded. Recounting the scene, his sister, who was also present, described hearing cries of distress and witnessing a stroller careening down the driveway, causing her heart to sink.
Thankfully, her brother Nessman sprang into action. Reflecting on the moment when questioned by CBS News, he expressed, “I wouldn’t be able to live with myself if I did nothing… I’m just glad I realized it and was on it.” He further remarked, “I didn’t even have time to think about it. Just react.”
Nessman, who has been facing challenges in his life, shared with NBC that just three months prior, he had been homeless and staying at his sister’s house. Determined to turn his life around, he asserted, “I decided to get right. If you want something different in your life, you do something different, and that’s where I am at today.”
