In May 2017 Syd’s Angels Bikers Against Bullies heard of a teenager named Zane Olmede who was facing an onslaught of ridicule, harassment and even physical abuse from his classmates.
According to his parents, Zane was punched, pushed and etched while attending college in Minnesota. His time at school was very difficult.
The bullying has become so intense and frightening that Angels Bikers Against Bullies has decided to intervene. They storm Zane’s neighborhood with one mission: find the bullied teenager and give him the surprise of a lifetime.
The people of the neighborhood must have been surprised to see this group of powerful cyclists gathering outside. The leader, Greg Carson, came forward and shouted Zane’s name and told him to get out. The look on Zayn’s face when he walked out of his house? Invaluable…
Syd’s Angels Bikers Against Bullies was created in 2016 to help a bullied teenager. Sydney was the first teenager they helped and her story was terrifying and heartbreaking for someone her age. A group of girls allegedly lured Sydney into the woods – girls she thought were her friends. They physically assaulted her and posted the brutality on social media for everyone to see. The group of runners looked at him and formed their organization. With so many young people being bullied across the country, Sydney is certainly not the first nor the last to be bullied.
When Zayn’s mother saw what the drivers were doing with her son, she couldn’t handle her feelings. Her tears continued to stream down her face. I was just impressed that they did it for him.
