The term “catwalk” got a new meaning at the Vakko ESMOD International Fashion Show at the Emaar Square Mall in Istanbul, Turkey when a real cat plopped itself on the runway. She decided to take the stage — stealing both the spotlight and everyone’s heart.
The feline wasn’t a model invited on the stage to showcase new designs but was an intruder who couldn’t care less and sat there amid passing models. Although the models walking around it, the cat stayed focused on its task, occasionally swatting at those who passed by.
The incident happened in this fashion show made the audience was more excited over the little animal’s act than the haute couture. Eventually, the cat picked up and walked down the runway itself, much to the delight of the audience.
