According to Fox News, the school’s policy does not enforce such a rule. None of the chief teachers had a say in the base.
Parents and students were certainly not involved in this process. Officials can probably understand why parents are so upset by this rule. Students may experience discomfort when a request to use the bathroom is refused.
Another annoying parent was the idea that students who used the bathroom after their monthly allowance faced penalties. Use of facilities may lead to detention! The note is also accompanied by a “paragraph”, confirming that a teacher can refuse a toilet break even if the minimum two requests have not yet been met.
The position expressed in the note seems outdated. This ancient approach to teaching does not adapt well to today’s environment. An upset parent posted the note on Facebook for all to see. People have also seen the teacher use the word ‘small’ to describe herself.
Facebook posts generate Twitter posts. Soon, more and more people in the community learned about the ridiculous remark. The principal of the school pledged to investigate the matter. Publicity generated by social media posts is likely a factor in the decision. Hopefully this strange class policy will soon be eradicated.
