Hickley Holland is a Yorktown, Virginia resident who recently attended a high school football game with his daughter. She was on the cheerleading team and Hickley was there in front of the crowd to support her.
However, in a fun twist, he didn’t just cheer and cheer. He did the whole routine step by step. “I’m a fun-loving guy,” he told the Daily Mail. “If you talk to my wife or any of my friends, they’ll tell you. I’m a little more sometimes.”
Another man in the crowd saw Hickley’s cheerleader on tape.
He shared the video on Facebook with the caption, “This dude here must go viral. Hands down candid dad of the year!!!!! This dude is awesome!!!!!! The response was instantaneous. He garnered thousands of likes and shares in the space of hours, netizens flocked to the comments to show their love for such a supportive dad.
