Fortunately for mum Jacqueline, bus driver Harlan Jennifer made sure the little girl got home safely.
What is the reason for Annabelle’s trip? She wanted to have a slush!

It was three in the morning on a Saturday in Philadelphia. Cepta bus driver Harlan Jennifer walked his way. At one stop there was a very unexpected runner. She was wet from the rain and her little body was shivering. Harlan knew right away that she didn’t belong in being alone at 3 AM. why?

Putting on her raincoat and boots, four-year-old Annabelle slipped out of her home and crossed several busy roads to reach a Harlan bus stop. The video shows an animation of Annabelle talking to the other passengers. Why did you go out alone so late?

Little Annabelle appears to have been craving a 3am slug, as reported here from News.com.au. So she decides to take matters into her own hands by using the bus to go to a store that sells slushies.

Things could have gone wrong if Annabelle had met the wrong person. Fortunately, Harlan was there. He kept Annabelle safe on the bus until the police arrived and returned her to her parents. Jacqueline Mager, Annabelle’s mother, calls Harlan a hero and credits him with saving her child’s life.

A video clip of Annabelle’s bus journey sparked the parents’ enjoyment and fear of the child’s perseverance.
