The missing voicemail must be part of Fate’s plan, because it’s what put veteran Stephen Adams in the right place at the right time to save a kidnapped 2-year-old girl!
Stephen missed a voicemail canceling a doctor’s appointment, and while driving there, he turned on the radio and heard an Amber Alert for 2-year-old Brooklynne Emerie Enix.
The report included a description of the girl and the car she was believed to be in. Her father, Tyler Enix, was suspected in the murder and kidnapping of Brooklyn’s mother.
Stephen was shocked to see that the car directly in front of him matched the description of the orange alert! Brooklyn even waved at him from the back seat of the car, as Dispatch called out to him.
Steven ended up following the car until the sheriff’s deputies had a chance to fight back, towing the car, stopping Enix, and rescuing Brooklynne.
