A reckless driver in Brazil was pulled over at one o’clock and on his return found his whole car covered in bright blue paper. A white sticker makes a wheelchair sign on the side of his vehicle.

In the video below, the audience cheered and cheered as the owner got back into his car and was clearly annoyed by what he found. He could be seen tearing the paper angrily before trying to drive. To conclude, it looks like he also received a ticket from a policeman on a motorcycle.

In Sao Paulo, authorities recently introduced warning tickets that look like fines to highlight the problem of people using designated parking spaces. Tickets can be printed and issued to the general public for any vehicle wrongly parked in a disabled space.

But it looks like someone wasn’t happy with this solution and decided to take the public shaming to the next level.
