In the pilot episode of the series, Erdene was the obvious star of the series. The show’s jury, dubbed “The Wall of the World”, was clearly influenced by Erdene’s singing talent.
Drew Barrymore and Faith Hill were particularly surprised by Jordan’s commission for the song.
It can be difficult to compose a traditional song like “Amarillo by Morning”. But Erden definitely proved he was up to the challenge of singing an American country song, even without speaking the language.
Obviously, a lot of work has gone into preparing for a performance on a world stage like this.
All that hard work paid off in Erdene as he qualified for the next round of competition and received a standing ovation from those in attendance.
