During their virtual performance on Zoom, Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani appeared comfortably dressed in blue jeans, singing their song ‘Happy Anywhere’ from the cozy ambiance of their home. After their delightful performance, the couple exchanged a high-five, and in a light-hearted moment, Carson Daly playfully inquired about Shelton’s hair.

“So, for whatever reason, we decided I need to grow my mullet back. And now, seeing that playback there, it’s terrible!” Shelton humorously replied.

Fox News reported that the ongoing pandemic and “shelter in place” orders inspired Shelton and Stefani to release a second duet together.

“Even though Gwen and I just had a single out, we decided that, under the circumstances, this year… man, there’s never been a better time for ‘Happy Anywhere,'” Shelton said.

“We’ve all been in quarantine and lockdown, and hopefully, we’ve been doing that with somebody that we really love and enjoy being around. That’s what happened with Gwen and me this summer – and this entire year.”
