Dogs are a man’s best friend. They are incredible animals, very intelligent, and friendly too. 19 years and six months old Baxter is not your usual dog. He is a faithful and affectionate dog that helps human a great deal.
Baxter is the world’s oldest therapy dog. Sadly, the canine was put to sleep because of his advanced age. Throughout his life, the dog has helped numerous people. Even at his advanced age, he still brought a smile to the patients ‘faces.
Before he was put to sleep, Baxter’s owners had to carry the dog as he was unable to walk. He has touched the lives of many. Baxter’s life speaks important lessons on the journey of life and death. There is some comfort knowing you can find solace in the most unlikely places.
